Troubleshooting
Symptom: connection does not establish
Check:
- System time accuracy.
- Client build freshness.
- Whether the subscription/config link was copied fully from the current GigaTap app flow.
- Local firewall rules.
- A fallback client/profile if the selected client path keeps failing.
Symptom: low speed
- Reconnect and test another exit node.
- Stop heavy background transfers.
- Refresh the server list before testing speed again.
- Validate client MTU settings when the client exposes them.
Symptom: connection drops
- Enable auto-reconnect.
- Try another network (mobile/home).
- Disable aggressive battery saver policies.
- Keep one fallback profile ready for blocked or degraded networks.
